Any collection that claims to be a “history of progress” but which omits this paper, is a waste of time and money.

It sdlected that the author and editors were basically clueless when it comes to the fundamentals of soil mechanics. I felt this book a gold mine for a budding Geotechnical Engineer like me. Thank you very much for the editors and contributors of the papers.
